If the team is still short after 10 minutes, they will forfeit the game. The score for a forfeited game is 5-0 with individual stats not counted. The forfeiting team will lose one point in the standings (In order to maintain competitiveness, the loss of a point in the standings may be appealed if there are circumstances beyond control that led the team to forfeit - ie. Multiple teams forfeiting on a single week due to vacation, holiday, etc. In this case the game will still count as a 5-0 loss, but no points lost in the standings).
2.5 - Junior Games Junior division games will be played width-wise on a half-rink. The games will be played 4-on-4 with a goalie. Substitutions can be made on the fly. 2.7 - Offsides For senior games, ball hockey offside rules will be used. A player cannot pass the opposition’s blue line before the ball enters. However, once the ball is in the zone, it is not considered to be out of the zone until it crosses the center (red) line.

If after three shots from each team the teams are still tied, then shootout will continue in a sudden death format taking into consideration rule 2.14 until a winner is determined
2.14 – Shoot-out During a shoot-out, a player cannot take more than one shot until all shooters on his team have shot. The shoot-out will appear as a separate statistic in Team Standings. A shoot-out goal is not counted in the individual “Goal Scored” statistic of either the goal scorer or the goalie scored upon, but will be recorded as a separate statistic.
2.15 - Cleaning up Captains of the last game each week are responsible for clearing the arena (nets, equipment, etc.) after the game.
